The prize is a £3,000 Travelsphere Travel Credit Voucher that can be redeemed against a new holiday for up to 2 people travelling before 31/07/2025.

By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. The promotion open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over. One entry per person. Only one entry per household. Prize draw is open during the Destinations Show from 10am 01/02/2024 – 5pm 04/02/2024. A winner will be selected at random from all entries and notified by 29/02/2024. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner via phone and/or email, but if the prize is not claimed by 15/03/2024, the prize draw will be redrawn until the prize is successfully claimed. If you accept the prize, you agree to keep a short travel diary (including pictures) and provide us with feedback about your trip that we can use in marketing material.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation, this also includes the selling of the prize to third parties. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity. The prize is a £3,000 Travelsphere Travel Credit Voucher that can be redeemed against new Travelsphere holiday for up to 2 people travelling before 31/07/2025. The Travelsphere Holiday must be booked by 31/07/2024. Should the cost of the holiday that the Travel Credit is being redeemed against be lower than the Travel Credit value, there will not be a refund of the difference. If you cancel your qualifying holiday the Travel Credit will automatically be lost. If we cancel your holiday, the value of the Travel Credit can be transferred to a new booking, should the cost of that holiday be lower than the value of the Travel Credit, no cash refund will be given. The Travel Credit cannot be used towards flight upgrades or any ancillary products such as hotels, car parking, optional excursions. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. Travelsphere does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.

The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is run by Travelsphere, part of G Touring Ltd and we have the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time at our discretion. If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the Prize will be randomly selected. Your personal information will only be used as set out in our privacy policy, available at www.travelsphere.co.uk. By entering this Promotion, you give the Promoter and its agencies your consent to process your personal data for the purpose of conducting this promotion only. The Promoter may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion, fulfilling the prize or communicating with entrants. Any personal data the Promoter or its agencies obtains, shall only be kept during the Promotion Period and for a period of three months following the end of the Promotion, following this time it shall be deleted or destroyed. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
